Shipping & Returns

All items sold by are backed by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied we will permit the exchange and/or return of any item for any reason subject to our Exchange/Return Policy.

Exchanges and/or Returns: Item(s) must be returned within three (3) days of receipt provided; item is new, unused and packaged in the original packing with all product parts, instruction manuals, tools, warranty(s) to receive a full credit less the restocking fee (see cancellation / restock policy). If any of the above are missing from the return you may incur additional restocking charges.

Defective Items: If you need to request missing pieces or replacement parts, or you need warranty information, please contact Customer Service Department.

Wrong Items: If you receive a wrong item, please contact our Customer Service Department immediately upon receipt.

Cancellation: All orders can be cancelled before shipment subject to the following Cancellation Fees:

• In-Stock Orders will incur a 25% Cancellation Fee
• Special Orders will incur a 50% Cancellation Fee

Restocking: All exchanged or returned items will incur a Restocking Fee:

•In-Stock Furniture will incur a 50% Restocking Fee
•All Special Orders will incur a 65% Restocking Fee


Most refunds are issued in the same method used for the purchase, in some cases refunds will be mailed in the form of
a paper check within 7-10 business days of receipt of the return.
Where’s My Refund? If you haven’t received your refund based on the information in the Refund Policy
Credit Card Refund: Contact the credit card company, they may have policies which delay the refund posting to
your account.
Bank Account Refund: Contact your bank, they may have processing time which delays the refund posting to
your account.
